Not at all. Boxing is a great way to build fitness — and you’ll get stronger with each session. We meet you where you’re at and support your progress.
Yes! We’re affiliated with Boxing QLD and regularly travel to training camps and comps across the state. We also host our own fight nights in Emerald. If you’re ready to step into the ring, we’re ready to back you.
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! If you have boxing gloves or wraps, bring those too — otherwise, we can guide you on what to get.
Absolutely! Not everyone wants to compete — and that’s totally fine. Many of our members train purely for fitness, confidence, and community.
